Privacy Policy for SwipePic: Swipe Delete Photos
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
SwipePic: Swipe Delete Photos (“SwipePic,” “we,” “our,” or “the App”) is designed to help users clean, sort, review, and manage photos and videos on their device using swipe gestures. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SwipePic handles information when you use the App.
Overview
SwipePic is built as a privacy-friendly photo and video cleaner. The App helps you swipe left to move photos or videos to an in-app Bin, swipe right to keep media, review Bin items, restore media, and permanently delete selected items using Apple’s secure iOS photo deletion process.
SwipePic does not require you to create an account. We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers. Your photos and videos stay on your device unless you choose to delete them through the iOS system confirmation process.
Information We Do Not Collect
SwipePic does not collect or store the following on our servers:
Your photos
Your videos
Your photo library contents
Your face data
Your contacts
Your precise location
Your messages
Your camera roll files
Your personal account details
Your browsing history
Your health data
Your financial information
Your advertising identifier for tracking purposes
SwipePic does not require login or account registration.
Photo and Video Library Access
SwipePic asks for access to your photo library so the App can display your photos and videos for sorting, swiping, organizing, reviewing, and deletion.
The App may access information from your photo library such as:
Photo and video thumbnails
Media type, such as photo or video
Creation date
Album or library grouping information where available
Local asset identifiers
Estimated media size or storage usage where available
This information is used only to provide the App’s core features, such as swipe cleaning, weekly/monthly/yearly sorting, Bin review, media organization, and storage insights.
Your photos and videos are processed on your device. SwipePic does not upload your photos or videos to an external server.
Limited Photo Access
If you choose limited photo library access, SwipePic will only show and manage the photos and videos you allow. You can change photo access permissions at any time in your device Settings.
In-App Bin
When you swipe left on a photo or video, SwipePic may move that item into the App’s Bin. The Bin does not immediately remove the photo or video from your device’s Photos library.
The Bin may store local references such as:
Media asset identifier
Date added to Bin
Bin countdown status
Restore/delete status
Estimated storage information
Bin items are kept for up to 7 days inside the App’s local Bin view. After 7 days, items may be marked as expired or ready for deletion. Permanent deletion only happens when you choose to delete the selected items and confirm the iOS system deletion prompt.
SwipePic cannot silently delete photos or videos without your confirmation.
Storage Information
SwipePic may show device storage, estimated photo storage, estimated video storage, cleanup progress, and Bin storage estimates.
Storage information is used to help you understand your device usage and cleanup progress. Some storage values may be estimated because iOS may not always provide exact file size details for every media item.
Local Data Stored on Your Device
SwipePic may store certain information locally on your device to make the App work smoothly, including:
Onboarding completion status
Swipe history
Kept items
Bin items
Cleanup progress
Language preference
Notification preferences
Subscription status
App settings
Cached thumbnails or metadata for performance
This information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide App features. You can remove local App data by deleting the App from your device or using any clear data option provided inside the App.
Notifications
SwipePic may ask for permission to send local push notifications. Notifications may remind you about:
Bin items waiting for review
Items close to the 7-day Bin period
Storage cleanup reminders
Photo or video cleanup suggestions
Default reminder times may include 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 7:00 PM based on your device’s local time.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the App settings or your device Settings.
Subscriptions and Purchases
SwipePic may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide the App with subscription status information so we can unlock premium features.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Language Preferences
SwipePic may allow you to choose an in-app language. Your selected language preference is stored locally on your device so the App can display content in your preferred language.

Show weekly, monthly, and yearly media groups
Display storage insights

SwipePic does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
SwipePic does not use your photos or videos for advertising.
If advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
Data Retention
Most App data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it, clear it through App settings where available, or uninstall the App.
