Terms of Use

Terms of Use for SwipePic: Swipe Delete Photos

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SwipePic: Swipe Delete Photos (“SwipePic,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. App Purpose

SwipePic is a photo and video organization app designed to help users review, sort, keep, move to Bin, and delete photos or videos from their device gallery using swipe gestures.

The App may provide features such as:

  • Swipe left to move photos or videos to Bin

  • Swipe right to keep photos or videos

  • Weekly, monthly, and yearly media sorting

  • Bin review

  • Restore from Bin

  • Permanent deletion through iOS confirmation

  • Storage usage insights

  • Cleanup progress

  • Local reminders

  • In-app language support

  • Premium subscription features

SwipePic is intended to help users manage their own photo and video library. You are responsible for reviewing media before deletion.

  1. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of SwipePic is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“EULA”), unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.

Apple Standard EULA:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

By using the App, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the App provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims related to your use of the App, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.

  1. Photo and Video Access

SwipePic requires access to your photo library to show photos and videos for review, sorting, swiping, Bin management, and deletion.

You may choose full photo access, limited photo access, or deny photo access. If you deny access, some or all App features may not work.

SwipePic does not own your photos or videos. You remain responsible for your media and for the choices you make inside the App.

  1. Deleting Photos and Videos

When you move photos or videos to the App’s Bin, they are not immediately removed from your Apple Photos library.

Permanent deletion only happens when you choose to delete selected items and confirm the deletion through Apple’s official iOS photo deletion process.

SwipePic cannot silently delete photos or videos without your confirmation. iOS may show a system confirmation prompt before deletion. If deletion is cancelled, denied, interrupted, or fails, the media may remain in your Photos library.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing any photos or videos before confirming deletion.

  1. Bin Feature

SwipePic may include an in-app Bin that helps you review items before deletion.

Bin items may be kept in the App’s Bin view for up to 7 days. After 7 days, they may be marked as expired, ready for deletion, or recommended for cleanup.

The 7-day Bin feature does not guarantee automatic permanent deletion from your device. Permanent deletion requires your action and Apple’s iOS deletion confirmation.

  1. Storage Information

SwipePic may show estimated storage usage for photos, videos, Bin items, and cleanup progress.

Some storage values may be estimates because iOS may not always provide exact size information for every media file. Storage insights are provided for convenience and may not exactly match your device’s system storage screen.

  1. Subscriptions and Premium Features

SwipePic may offer auto-renewable subscription plans, including weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions.

Premium features may include unlimited swipes, advanced sorting, Bin management, video cleanup, storage insights, reminders, and other paid features shown in the App.

Subscription pricing, free trials, billing periods, and available plans are shown in the App before purchase and are processed through Apple’s App Store.

Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their subscription period unless cancelled. Apple states that auto-renewable subscriptions renew until the user chooses to cancel.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account settings. On iPhone, Apple’s instructions are to open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.

  1. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will be shown clearly before purchase. After the trial ends, the subscription may renew as a paid subscription unless cancelled through your Apple subscription settings.

Free trials are managed by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID or as allowed by Apple.

  1. Refunds

All purchases, subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You may request a refund through Apple if eligible under Apple’s policies.

  1. Local Notifications

SwipePic may ask for permission to send local notifications. Notifications may remind you about Bin items, storage usage, cleanup progress, or media waiting for review.

You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the App settings or your device settings.

  1. Privacy

Your use of SwipePic is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

SwipePic is designed to process photos and videos on your device. The App does not require an account and does not upload your photos or videos to our servers.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how the App handles local data, photo access, notifications, and subscription status.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwipePic:

  • For any illegal purpose

  • To access media you do not own or have permission to manage

  • To attempt to bypass iOS permissions or security protections

  • To reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the App

  • To interfere with App performance or security

  • To misuse subscription, payment, or refund systems

  • To violate Apple’s App Store terms or applicable laws

  1. No Guarantee of Results

SwipePic is provided to help you organize and clean your media library, but we do not guarantee that the App will free a specific amount of storage, identify every unwanted item, prevent all accidental deletion, or perfectly classify your photos and videos.

You should review all items carefully before deletion.

  1. App Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Features may change over time based on technical requirements, iOS limitations, App Store rules, or product improvements.

Some features may require certain iOS versions, device capabilities, permissions, or an active subscription.

  1. Intellectual Property

SwipePic, including its design, interface, logo, text, features, software, and related materials, is owned by the App provider or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

  1. Third-Party Services

SwipePic may use Apple services such as PhotoKit, StoreKit, local notifications, App Store subscriptions, and iOS permission systems.

Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

SwipePic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of photos or videos, loss of storage, lost profits, or device issues arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

You are responsible for reviewing media before deletion and maintaining backups of important photos and videos.

  1. User Responsibility and Backups

Before permanently deleting photos or videos, you should review the selected items carefully. We recommend keeping backups of important photos and videos through iCloud, external storage, or another backup method.

SwipePic is a cleanup tool and should not be treated as a backup service.

  1. Children

SwipePic is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account registration. If you are under the age required by your country or region to use digital services independently, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or premium features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple account settings.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date above.

Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
